Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all purchases made on ThePremiumKey.com are non-refundable once delivery of a key, account, or service has been completed.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will only be approved under the following conditions:

  • The delivered product is faulty or cannot be used as intended
  • The item received does not correspond to the description provided at the time of purchase
  • A duplicate charge was processed unintentionally

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The customer selected or purchased the incorrect product
  • The purchase is no longer wanted after completion
  • The product has already been accessed, activated, or used
  • Technical or service-related issues caused by third-party platforms beyond our control

If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact our support team within 24–48 hours of your order and include your order details so we can review your request promptly.
